GOD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS!
2 Corinthians 5:21
KJV:For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
God made him who knew no sin to be sin just for our sake, He made Christ become sin so we might become righteous as God, which is in him.
Because of the love God had for us, He made Jesus Christ who knew no sin to become sin on our, so that we could be blameless and without reproach in His sight.
This is why no what we might have done, there is still room for forgiveness of sins.
Our righteousness is like filthy rags, that is why we need a new cover, and this is the righteousness of God which cannot be taken from us. Jesus paid the price, He sacrificed Himself to present us to Himself.
The word tells us, 'But now the righteousness of God has been revealed...the righteousness of God which comes by believing with personal trust and confident reliance on Jesus Christ...for all who believe; for there is no distinction'.
The simple truth is , everyone who believes has been made the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
The question is 'Do You Believe'?
As Christ ambassadors, we have the righteousness of God as our true identity. Nothing can separate is from the love of God.
We have to live with this consciousness, being the righteousness of God automatically qualifies us to be worthy of being called ambassadors. It is not our doing, we cannot boast about it. Our boast is in Christ and should remain in Him alone.!
Prayer Point
Dear Lord, I am Grateful for my life. Thank you Lord for giving your dearly and beloved son Jesus Christ to die for me so that I can be made righteous through Him.
Help me Lord to keep on believing in my heart and living in consciousness about the greatest gift you gave. Amen!
Hope you prayed that prayer with me!
The Lord will help us all as we push forward and ahead in our Christian race Amen!
