John 3:10-21
KJV:Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things?
Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness.
If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up:
That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

From the fall of man, it has been in the heart of God to bring the human race back to fellowship with Him. We saw in the scriptures that God tried bringing man close to Himself.

The Old Testament is full of God's dealings with men but man was not just wired to work in the light and dimension God wanted.
Then in the New Testament, God sent His only begotten son Jesus to be the scapegoat, the sacrificial lamb for the redemption of man.
This is because God loves man and will not want him to be destroyed in his sin(Psalm 8:4)

Even though God has already prepared an access route for man to come to Him, He still longs for man to accept the free gift He has given to man through Jesus.

Isn't it surprising that after Jesus resurrected, His first meeting with His disciples was not a meeting of celebration or entertainment, rather it was a meeting where He gave them an assignment that led to the death of almost all of them.
We have established the fact that God has made provision for everyone in the human race to have access to Him, but this is likely not going to be possible if every man is left to find God for his or herself.
This birthed the need for evangelism; hence Jesus charged not just his immediate disciples to go into the world and preach this good news; but we were also included in this command.

The sins of every man on the face of the earth have already been paid for, but it is in the character of God to give man a free will of choice.

2 Corinthians 4:4
KJV:In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

That Bible passage makes us to understand that people don't just decide to be away from God, rather there is an influence by the devil on them, closing their eyes to the reality of their spiritual state and their need for salvation.
The word of God is capable of shining light on their path, but someone has to hold the light source! You were saved so you can be a blessing to others by sharing the good news to them.

If in this case you have not accepted the gift of salvation, the price for your redemption has been paid for. Accept Him today and begin a new journey with your creator!
