STEEMCHURCH @FARMS-MY CONTRIBUTION.

in #sc-v6 years ago

The greatest dream of God is for his children to be united in a single purpose, in the same sense, as the apostle Paul states: "Let there be in you this feeling that was in Christ Jesus." Which is why I join this gentleman @ SIRKNIGHT Steemchurch @farms feeling to feed the world, a new motive that has as its destiny a great challenge to reduce the rates of children killed by lack of food.

Poverty and oppression are almost as old as humanity. For example, although the law that God gave to Israel sought to protect the most disadvantaged and alleviate their suffering, it was often overlooked (Amos 2: 6). The prophet Ezekiel condemned the way in which the poor were treated, saying: "the same people of the earth have engaged in a project of fraud and have made a boot in robbery, and the resident alien have defrauded without justice" ( Ezekiel 22:29).

The gospel accounts of the life of Jesus show that he understood the difficulties of the poor well and was very aware of their needs. Although he lived in heaven, he left his high position, lived as a human being and became poor because of us. When he saw the crowds, "he pitied them, because they were helpless like sheep without a shepherd" (Matthew 9:36).

Jesus not only took pity on the poor, but was personally interested in their needs. He and his apostles had a common fund that they used to give help to needy Israelites (Matthew 26: 6-9). Jesus encouraged those who wanted to be his followers to recognize their obligation to help the most disadvantaged.
A terrible famine struck several regions of the Roman Empire during the mandate of Emperor Claudius. In view of the situation, the Christians of Antioch resolved, each according to the means he had, to send a ministry of succor to the brothers who lived in Judea; and they did it, dispensing it to the elders by the hand of Barnabas and Saul.

The true Christians of today also recognize that, as disciples of Jesus, they should be interested in the poor and most needy. That is why this is a fantastic example of the manifestation of God in the Blockchain church ... especially because we know that this rejoices Jehovah's heart. We will never forget the words spoken by James 2: 15,16 "If a brother or sister is in a state of nakedness and lack sufficient food for the day, and yet one of you says to them: go in peace, keep warm and Well fed, but you do not give him the necessary things for his body, what good is it?

However, no matter how moving these experiences are, the reality is that such sincere initiatives can not eradicate poverty. That is why the question arises: Feed him. and the other indication of Sirknight is that we can buy with a steem?

I can currently buy an egg carton.
