SPIRITUAL FOOD
"And he afflicted you, and made you hungry, and fed you with manna, food that you did not know, nor your fathers had known it, to let you know that not only bread will man live, but everything that comes out of the the mouth of the LORD shall live. "Deuteronomy 8: 3 NLT 1960.

It is natural to feel hungry, because this benefits our growth and physical and mental strengthening. In the same way, spiritual nourishment is important, seeking the same goal: growth and strengthening of our spirit.
There are people who eat things that are not healthy, that do not bring any benefit to their body. There are also Christians who eat things that do not build or benefit their spirit, or their relationship with God. Many spend more time on social networks, gossiping what others do or publish instead of spending that time reading or meditating on His word. Others simply prefer to stay stuck on the TV watching anything because they are bored, wasting time that they can use to preach or evangelize other people.
"They asked, and they brought quail; And he fed them bread from heaven. He opened the rock, and waters flowed; They ran through the drylands like a river. For he remembered his holy word, given to Abraham his servant. "Psalm 105: 40-42 NKJV.
Our spiritual food is a prayer away, we only have to cry out to our Father who is in heaven and He will satisfy all our needs, give us food and together with this food strength and life to continue advancing and reaching His purpose. Our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, that is why it is important to take care of it and feed ourselves with healthy things and also to take care and feed ourselves spiritually with the word and being in communion and dedicating quality time in the things of the Kingdom.
Let's stop feeding on so much garbage that does not build and feed us with the bread of life that is our Lord Jesus Christ.

The best food for the spirit is the verb, the word, and the verb is Jesus.
