The statement is observation: the sun is shining, but it does not shine. Lit is what we see. To shine is something to do, for example to move in space ... But this does not happen, otherwise in space would be light from the movement of light. Light like everything in the world is copied by bodies. There is a light source, everything around in the line of sight begins to copy the source within its properties and the result is lit. And it is natural to become a source of light. And this will continue until the light is maintained, by any reactions of the body.
If the light were moving, it could be folded or intersected, but this does not happen. The photo shows the beaming of the light. We see them because there is air, which shines in the area of ​​the light source - the sun.
It will be interesting to know if, there is evidence of the movement of light. While this is just guesswork and theory ...
