Reasons People Lazy Sports and How to Overcome them

Exercise is one of the easiest ways to live healthy.

One of the usual activities is to go to a gym or gym, and use every piece of equipment to achieve a healthy life.

Survey conducted by fitrated.com on 1,000 men and women revealed the most common reasons for not going to the gym.

These reasons ranged from low self-esteem, to intimidation, to apathy.

Here are the reasons and solutions that can be done.

  • Lack of confidence

Confidence has an important role whether someone will go to the gym or not.

Quite reasonable, because people definitely want to be confident and comfortable in their environment, right. Especially when it is a new environment.

Well, this survey asks what will make them feel more confident during practice, and why less confident.

Three of the four top results answered, the male confidence in the gym is reduced due to knowledge of inadequate training practices.

The solution? Learn and find out more about the gym. If you do not know the gym equipment, can ask to the trainer or the gym staff.

Do not be shy to ask them.

In addition, low-load exercise first, new to heavy loads.

  • Too difficult

Another reason the participants did not want to go to the gym was too difficult.

Some exercises that are considered difficult are martial arts and high intensity interval training (HIIT).

If the exercise is very difficult, so can not do it, makacarilah another way or alternative to another exercise.

Martial arts and HIIT training are very heavy and difficult-but also produce remarkable results.

Exercising is challenging, but it should be fun.

Try different things until you find something you really enjoy.

  • Trivial reasons

The survey found that many people use trivial reasons to cover their laziness, from no socks to unfavorable weather to go to the gym.

The solution, find out why it can happen.

If you do not have time, try to train 10 minutes. If there is no gym, can look for various weight training.

If you keep making excuses not to exercise, you will never set foot in the gym.

Take time to sit down and find out what exactly the purpose to the gym. Then write and remember the goal whenever you are tempted to miss it.
