Earth's poles are shifting rapidly...

Nature is fierce

This is a phenomenon I have been following for quite some years. And this article from "I fucking love science" explains it in sort of layman's terms. IFL

It comes down to this, the magnetic field around the earth has a positive and a negative pole, otherwise it wouldn't be a magnetic field. Now history has shown that these poles flip sides around every 450000 years (approximately). Now we are way overdue for the next flip. Now the magnetic North Pole has been moving at an increasing rate the last few years. This is a sign the flip is near, but that could still take another 1000 years. But it shows, that nature really does not care about what we are building on this planet. It does what it feels like.

CO2 is not the issue

As over 30000 scientists all over the world have been saying for years now, CO2 is not driving climate change. It is sort of following climate (for a little bit). This magnetic shift has way more influence on climate than any CO2 emission ever will. It changes the way earth can withstand sun rays and solar bursts. It changes the flow of sea currents, it sort of changes everything, slowly but surely. That's the way it has been for ages, and that's the way it will be in the future... No man can change that!
