When you are self-controlled, challenging circumstances will not deter you from pursuing your dreams. You will be able to achieve your goals despite the storms of tough situations.
Learn to be self-controlled. It will enable you to maintain focus.

That’s right @amelin. Keeping emotions under control allow you to look at your circumstances from an enlightened perspective. Challenges will arise, but we have the power to overcome them by keeping cool and switching our focus from “woe is me” to being grateful for even the little things in life.
