Our happiness is in our hands and we have to perform those activities which make us happy and which spread smile on our face. And most of the times people wait for something to be happy, means most of the people stay in dream and they are not doing anything to be happy or to make their life happy. And many times we make us unhappy through comparing ourselves to others and whenever we will going to compare ourselves with next person in aspect of materialistic holdings then that will depress. So, we have to love what life we got.

Let's meet HAPPINESS.

There is no secret behind happiness and happiness is in our hands, means we have to understand what we like, what our interests are and what is our passion. All these aspects holds our true happiness so, we have to do those good work which we love to do and which gives satisfaction and makes you happy after performing it. So it's really important and vital to follow the dreams because if we follow the path which is chose by our heart then possibly that will give peace in life.

And next most important point to be Happy is, holding good, peaceful and positive thoughts because, our thoughts drive us so it's important thing to hold the positive and motivating thoughts. And whenever we hold the thoughts of anger or hatred then for sure we cannot stay happy ever because these anger and hatred thoughts will keep you engage in feeding negativity and these negative aspects will not allow to attain the true happiness. So, walk out of any negative thoughts and never feed or intake any evil thoughts, and in this way you can attain the true path of happiness.

Never doubt yourself because, if you doubt yourself then you will going to hurt your self belief, and self belief plays an great collaboration role with happiness. So, whenever we get the thoughts of self doubt or doubts upon our willingness or capability then we have to divert those thoughts and we should do something productive activities to come out of these self doubt thoughts. And always remember, whenever you will low in self belief then this world can easily dominate and influence you, and also their perceptions and judgements will push you to fall in life. So, always keep your spirit high and always keep self belief.

If you have an good goal to achieve then now is the time and take that first step because, we will not going to see any good time because, right time is illusion, so we have to act now and these actions will manifest and will bring good days and happiness in your life. We all see that many wait for some moment to come or they wait for someone to push them in life, then they are wasting their time because time will not stop for us so why we should stop for an time which we are thinking right time in an illusionary way. So, take that first step and create good times.
