Sears is failing: Here's Why

Sears has been in a massive downward spiral for the better part of the last decade.

Here's why:

There are several factors but I can tell you with absolute certainty that Amazon is a big part of the reason why.

People only shop on Amazon and Walmart these days.

Good luck big box retailers.

      The main reason they got shut down really is because of not only Wal-Mart but also they didn't stay with the trend or upsize their competition any.

      Along with them not actually improving their stores and marketing ideas they quickly fell down the shoot rapidly.
