"Uber Technologies" company has signed a partnership agreement with the US National Aeronautics and Space Agency (NASA) - NASA.

According to Bloomberg, if the first document signed in November 2017 was related to unmanned aerial vehicles, the current agreement is related to the launch of a pilot-managed flying taxi.

"Urban air traffic can lead to a revolution in the transportation of people and goods in cities, and may change our lives as smartphones," NASA spokesman said.

"Uber" plans to launch electric motor flying machines by 2020 and start commercial exploitation in 2023. After the signing of the first agreement, Uber's product director Jeff Holden announced that flying taxi tests will begin in Los Angeles in 2020. The taxi will take 4 passengers and will move at 322 km per hour. Flying taxi service is expected to start operating in 2023. Customers will call the taxi through the Uber mobile app...
