Cahokia Mounds - Day 80 of My Seven77 Journey

This is where @crypt-skip and I made our #seven77 videos today. Cahokia Mounds is the site of the largest prehistoric Indian community in the United States. The community covered six square-miles in the time period of AD 700 - AD 1400.

The Interpretive Center was closed today, but we were free to roam the grounds and climb some of the sites. I did my video in front of the center. Here's the LINK to the video on Twitter.

@crypt-skip got really ambitious and for his video he ran up the steps of Monks Mound, which is the largest prehistoric earthwork in the Americas. It's base covers over 14 acres and it is 100 feet at the highest point.
