Myron of Eleutherae (Ancient Greek) was an Athenian sculptor from the mid-5th century BC. The author of the famous sculpture Disk Mecca (Diskobol), a copy of which was created by the Romans; created sculptures for the temples of Athens, Olympia and Delphi; had the talent to reveal human movements.
