This is such a great piece of advice. Something so simple as drinking water before your meal can really boost your weight loss. And, like actifit and activity, it's something you already should be doing for your body!

I know what you mean, it's something you KNOW, but just never seems to make it into "habit" status. I bought some lemons today, adding lemon to my water is helping.

That’s another thing I “know” but haven’t eorked in yet as a habit!
