It's so happy to be able to eat Gua bao at the breadfast buffet of Hotel. I think I can eat five of my own custom Gua bao because it's too delicious.

Because the shape of Gua Bao looks like a tiger's mouth bites a piece of pork, it's also called "tiger bites pig" in Taiwan. What a cute name! Although I don't think it looks like tiger bites pig at all.

Actually, I think the other name "Taiwanese hamberger" is quite appropriate. I heard that the improved Gua Bao has a variety of stuffing, such as chicken chop, sausage and so on. That sounds more like hamburger.

However, I have only eaten the traditional taste of Gua Bao, and the salty pork belly with sauerkraut and peanut powder already makes me mouthwatering!

飯店早餐可以吃到刈包耶!! 好幸福喔!

自己動手包的客製化刈包，我覺得我可以一口氣吃5個。

刈包因為形狀像老虎的嘴咬住一塊豬肉，所以在台灣又叫「虎咬豬」。這個名字真是可愛呀！只是我怎麼看也看不出老虎的影子，取名的人聯想力真是非常人，呵呵!

倒是另一個名稱「台灣漢堡」，我覺得還挺貼切的。聽說改良的刈包內餡變化出各種花樣，例如雞排、香腸等，聽起來真的很像漢堡。

不過我至今只吃過傳統口味的刈包，滷得透透的五花肉加上酸菜和花生粉，對我來說已經是吃不膩的好滋味了！
