Well it seems that the Burger guru himself has started a new tag , its #showmeyourburger. Just looking at all the awesome burgers that have been posted, I knew it was my turn. So have a look at this badboy!!!

Now it was raining so I had to break out the George and cook these.

4, 1/3lb all beef patties, hand pressed.

One patty, slice of white american, slice of pepper Jack and then the second patty. If you gonna try this at home stack em up and leave them on the grill till the cheese is melted.

Couple of slices of pastrami (actually about 4 slices😁)

Is it even called a burger with out bacon? I think not..

Now for the secret weapon..... well there is 2 of them, and most of you should no that if your gonna eat a pastrami burger, you gotta have 1,000 island. But there is something else as well.

Fried onions!!! You gotta try it. Oh yeah and no sissy bun for this burger, its a toasted ciabatta bun.

There you have it, stacked up!!!
