Brief comparison between the 3 silver coins I have shared so far

in #silver6 years ago (edited)

These coins were found in an old property that we sold a few months ago, when removing all the stuffs inside of the property we found things that are currently forbidden in the country.

I have been showing these silver coins for a few weeks now, so far I have shared 3 of them, and below we can see those 3 coins together, it is clear the older one from 1904 has the worst condition.

In the older one, the national symbol is pretty much erased completely.

I will be searching for new silver coins soon and share them with this community!

The above Coinage is a good example why we'll never again use Silver or Gold in our Circulating Coinage... Which Country would want to watch their Silver and Gold vanish, due to wear and tear...???

due to wear and tear

Well that coin is over 100 years old, it should be normal to be in that condition after so much time.

So, guess what happened to the missing Silver that wore off...???

Nice coins but only worth about £10 for all 3 coins I'm afraid.
