From the @globalschool to the com-lab via #weloveono

Dear friends,

It has been a while I haven't been really present here =) I hope you are doing well!

I needed to take some times out to reflect a bit and see how I can make the best of all what is happenning around. While I take this time I am still worried and asking myself how is @alexandravart. I would like to remember to all the dedicated people, family and friends supporting community committement and heart rooted passion, I am feeling grateful, thank you to be there, whatever the distance, whatever the time.

I know I am spending the most of my posts doing this, thanking my surrounding, yours, friends and supporters. However, sometimes in the middle of what appear as a battelfield, I am feeling blessed because I can see friends surrounding each others. And me who always have been a lonely adventurer, I can't imagine anymore a world without this magic accessible to everyone.

Thats is why and how with some friends while developing the @globalschool, we get to imagine the com-lab, a possibility for isolated people/talents appearing such as in the middle of the crowd to come together and support each other intiative sharing requirements and solving problems as a pack.

Hopefully, in the next days I will with some friends and @manncpt bring some clarity about what is happenning, the com-lab, how it works and the next steps (and maybe we will have a plateform running soon too).

In a nutshell, the com-lab on discord is a kind of "communication control room", for remote explorers, scouts, creatives and social entrepreneurs, guiding motivated community members to contribute to each other content value. We could see it as a community service to enable the members to share requirements and crowd source to the @globalschool ecosystem and talyor considering their needs making it benefcial for others to jump in and for the community in general.

One of the goal of the com-lab as a serie of events was to come togetther present ourself and our ideas and competences to contribute to solutions beneficial for self and collective developement, within the digital approach, it has been envisionned to generate quality content value, publish community proposals and implement them with the motivated members of the community. Making the outcomes beneficial for both with a multi sided reward system allowing to power always better the community and its members on the left of the discord app you'll find a serie of categories and salons with running projects, communities and brands we are inviting the members to join and contribute while inviting others to empower them by providing if possible a decentralized content production and distribution pipelines allowing the scouts/explorers to delegate partially their tasks making them beneficial for others jumping in.

One of the mission of the #com-lab is to provide a test developement driven methodology as a community service for plateforms such as neomad.org, plateform we are willing to develop using notably eos, steem and tau-chain and with involving the explorers and nomads of our communities to develop the nomadic agency imagined by @vinyll and which appear to be the perfect environment to make the @globalschool always more prosperous for the benefit of the communities, their neighborhood and not limited.

It is within the com-lab events and slowly via the coordination taking slowly shape within the discord channel that we came to cooperate with already nearly 30 motivated steemian community members.

#Weloveono cover design is one of the outcomes of it, making the bridge between various competences and opening the door for future contributors to take over the project to make it their own as a global collage in which each contribution is made out of another style or performence.

With a lot of love and support such as from @mammasitta, @lizanomadsoul and all the the supprtive #steemit-austria, #fr #polish and #deutsch communities, as you might have discovered we are doing a lot of things at the @globalschool! And this wouldn't be possible without the contribution of active supporters and community members dedicated to empower other community members and new comers.

#WeLoveOno illustration is a handrawing made by a cooperation between Mina, creative director, writer, illustrator and mentor at the @globalschool, @mammasitta and me (@jnmarteau) to support the establishement of @onosocial in Europe empowered by @mammasitta. With your support Mina might join on the plateform as she is definitely a brilliant illustrator. Hope you'll love what she does as we do! =)

PS: I'll probably re-publish it when it is fully digitalized with other visuals to cooperate on! By the way I am really curious to see if one of you will develop this visual further, please notice me if its the case, I can't wait to see the variations! =)
