It looks like a fiesta is coming in this place. Using buri hand-made fan, a banderitas is created.

A fiesta banners mostly colorful plastic is installed in towns street in preparation for a feast. This one is quite nice, using reusable materials after it serve its purpose as a decoration for towns celebration.

    Wow that is a great idea.. plastics are not good for us and the environment, it is good to see biodegradable items used as such
