Its voting power was too low. Now busy is restoring its voting power but I do not know if it will continue to upvote or will never do it again.
I wish busy.pat start upvoting it is the only source that keeps you motivated on steemit platform. Without busy.pay you have to wait for long time to get high value upvote
We have cycles of crypto mania and crypto recessions. I have a feeling we are in the final recession. The reason being that regulators are finally solidifying and providing certainty.
Once that certainty is provided we will see institutional capital flow in. Institutional capital represent trillions of USD in the United States alone and hundreds of billion elsewhere. So think of what we saw last winter and triple the intensity.
There will also be SMTs coming to Steem so that institutional money will eventually flow into Steem SMTs (hopefully).
All this scenario have any relation with busy.pay not upvoting situation ???

busy.pay has not been paying for 2 years. I know not more than you.
I think techincally busy.pay should not this rapid upvoting because upvoting post of user is beneficial to busy. It increases its steempower constantly and also promot busy website too if it stop upvoting them it steem power benefit will decrease and people stop posting there content on busy and move toward other platform were tgey get more money.
Who knows, we can just guess and hope for the better
