Snax Token is the future of Social Media Exchange

What would you say if I told you that you can get paid for doing basically everything you'd do any other day with your mobile phone or laptop on social media? Sounds crazy right? well Snax are that level of awesome, so far gone that they brought us a fun way to use social media and earn rewards while doing it. I like to think of it as next level social media and an opportunity to turn all those "likes" into money. I'm sure you'd "like" that.

Snax Time

Snax token is the cryptocurrency of exchange within Snax ecosystem but not necessarily restricted to users on the platform. It is better seen as the Social media token. While we're talking about the platform, how about we run through the quick and easy registeration process;

• Visit the main website on snax.one

• using your chrome(or brave browser) on your pc, select "sign up" and follow the link to download the extension for a snax wallet on your browser. Select "Install" and wait for a few seconds.

• You should see this extension at the top right of your browser now
  

• Click on the snax wallet extension to create a free wallet and include a password. It is a wallet so ensure you protect your details and store them somewhere, preferrably offline.

• You will then input your desired snax username.

• Next step will be to make an authentication post using your steemit account and a specified tag.

• After you make the required post, you will verify that you have made this post and then wait for a few seconds. Once confirmed, you will receive the 50snax tokens from the airdrop.

Here's how to link your Twitter account
Registering with Twitter requires a repetition of the process used to register your steemit account

• Copy and paste the authentication tweet with your twitter account
• Wait for a brief moment and you will be automatically verified.
• After authenticating both your accounts, you will recevive extra 50Snax tokens, making a total of 100 Snax in your wallet.

Snax Dashboard

When you're done with your account creation and have linked all your accounts, snax will then track your account activity and reward you based on the traffic your account generates.

My Accounts: In this section, you can see the username of the social media accounts you connected to snaax. You can only connect one account per community to the wallet.

Transactions: In this area, you will have access to events that occured as they relate to your snax wallet. Basically for confirming snax that come in and go out of your wallet

Send Snax: A beautiful feature about Snax is that you can transfer the token to even those that do not have an account. I tested out both the twitter and steemit features and they both worked easily. Simply input the username of the individual and the amount of snax to be sent. If the individual does not have a snax account, you can notify him/her through a customized message.

Receive: You can receive snax simply through your snax username or any of your connected social media accounts.

Conclusion

This seems like an amazing and easy way to conduct transactions on the internet. Moving away from the fact that you actually earn these tokens for your social media activities, I also see a more practical application when one is involved in a business that is found on Twitter in particular. You can now make this exchange easily through your usernames and avoid exchanging too much or any personal information that could be potentially risky.
What I would like to add is that there should be more social media communities included in the long run; places like Facebook, Instagram and even Whatsapp could benefit from this and if implemented rightly, could change the way transactions are done on the internet. Great work by the Snax team
