Another Big Snow Event

Three quarters of all snow from the roof of our house came down about an hour ago. I was at my computer working when I heard a loud rumble consisting of two phases (each side of the house). The whole event lasted about 5-10 seconds. I went out and it saw what must have been several cubic meters of snow in the front yard and half the amount in the backyard. Unfortunately, our garage is now inaccessible. It will take most likely about 1-2 hours to clear the area in front of the garage as the snow that fell is plentiful, wet and heavy, and because there already are mountains of snow surrounding the driveway.

The front of the house. No more snow on the roof. Luckily, the snow did not bring anything down with it. The gutters are at risk. The board to which one end of one of the gutters is attached to had come slightly off at one end. I'll fix it when the snow is gone in a couple of months. Snow guards would've prevented the snow from falling. But there is no risk to anyone, though, because there were no walkways whatsoever in the way of the falling snow and we have no small children who'd want to play in the snow.

Now there's even less space where to dump snow if/when it snows again.
