Cernovich researches the professional and social status of Ana Maria Archila, one of the protesters who had bloacked the passage of Sen Flake, presenting herself as a victim in need of protection, essentially. Some other sources, like the Time, reported on Archila's activism but failed to look into who she was in more detail.
So what did Cernovich discover? He discovered that Archila is a major player in a political non-profit organization whose budget is in the millions of dollars and who herself makes over 150,000 USD a year.
Now if Archila is a genuine victim of sexual assault she has my sympathy. This is a horrible experience no one should have to go through. However, given Cernovich's discovery, I don't think the image of powerlessness is fitting in her case.

This one could well be a paid activist.
Whether she is or not - and that may be something we will never know definitively - we don't need to prove that to discredit her and weaken the effect people like her have. Showing her as a high-level well paid political player is enough to shatter the victim status she is trying to get people to associate with her. That's all it takes, IMHO.
Got to wonder who is paying the freight for this protesters, you know checks are being cashed, it's white envolopes being passed during Senate Hearing in front of cameras.
