Have you seen the first real image of a black hole?

Getting a direct image has been impossible due to the black holes being too far or too small. The black hole at the center of our galaxy hasn't been possible and that's the closest one. The image above took 8 telescopes that all saw it all at once with perfect weather. Once the photos are collected it's like connecting a puzzle.

This black hole is 54 million light years away! Matter and light are surrounding it. This image has light from all over the universe. Of course, it isn't clear but a start for us to further understand the universe. As this photo has confirmed the theory of general relativity.
