Counter-Strike GO: Se vuelve gratuito y se une al Battle Royal!
Con la llegada de la actualización se agrego un nuevo modo de juego llamado Danger Zone, el cual consiste en un Battle royal donde tendremos que sobrevivir contra otros jugadores.

Danger Zone es un Battle Royal muy rápido y frenético en un mapa no tan grande como los demás juegos pertenecientes a este género, pero cumple con el objetivo de que los jugadores tengan tiempo para prepararse.
Iniciamos como en cualquier battle royal, con las manos vacías y cayendo junto a un paracaídas al destino que marcamos anteriormente en el mapa.
A diferencia de otros juegos Counter sigue usando el dinero como un recurso muy importante, esto gracias a que las armas y municiones son muy limitados.
Al inicio contamos con una tableta donde con el dinero que recogemos podemos comprar distintos recursos como lo son armas, munición, medicina, bombas, etc. pero al utilizar se nos entrega mediante drones que delatan nuestra posición.

El nuevo modo de juego no fue la única gran noticia de Valve, también se vuelve gratuito, lastimosamente desconozco si trae algunas limitaciones como lo hace TF2 .
Pero para los que ya compramos el juego anteriormente recibiremos una insignia, se nos actualiza a un prime status teniendo un emparejamiento con otros prime status y nos da acceso al nuevo Souvenir MP5-SD | Rad Laboratories y las nuevas cajas de Danger Zone
(disponible al ganar XP mientras juegas partidas de Danger Zone).
