Pascualina
Ingredientes
2 atados de espinaca
1/2 cebolla picada
1/4 morrón picado
1 masa de tarta
3 huevos
Queso rallado a gusto
Hervir la espinaca y escurrir
Saltear en aceite morrón y cebolla
Unir todo y condimentar con sal y queso rallado
Colocar la masa en una asadera aceitada y verter la espinaca dejando huecos.
En los huecos poner los huevos crudos
Tapar con la otra masa, pintar con yema de huevo y hornear media hora aproximadamente a fuego medio.
Y listo!
