Actualmente una de las preocupaciones de muchos paises vecinos a Venezuela es el incremento desproporcionado de la migración en los últimos tres años, producto de la crisis económica y social que vive mi país.
No obstante, nosotros los que aún apostamos a Venezuela, nos preguntamos hoy en día, esta migración ¿a quien favorece? ¿y este fenómeno no le preocupa o perjudica al regimén ? ¿En que lo favorece?
A todas estas interrogantes muchos analistas economicos y especilistas en politica internacional han tratado de dar respuesta, no obstante, nosotros como venezolanos tenesmo nuestra propia optica del problema, a continuación les presento ambos enfoques de forma sencilla y clara.

Currently one of the concerns of many countries neighboring Venezuela is the disproportionate increase in migration in the last three years, a product of the economic and social crisis that my country is experiencing.
However, we who still bet on Venezuela, ask ourselves today, who does this migration favor? And does this phenomenon not worry or harm the regime? How does it favor?
To all these questions many economic analysts and specialists in international politics have tried to answer, however, we as Venezuelans have our own view of the problem, below I present both approaches in a simple and clear.

Cuando se inició la migración en mi país hace unos años, fue liderada por los de mayor poder económico que visionando lo que ha pasado hicieron sus maletas y se fueron a otras fronteras donde podian invertir lo que se llevaron de aqui.
Particularmente, les puedo relatar que personas que conozco y que tenían grandes fortunas en Venezuela, vendieron casi todas sus propiedades y negocios para irse a otro país donde actualmente se han establecido y afortunamente les ha ido muy bien; a pesar que no pierden la esperanza de volver a su país algún día cuando las cosas mejoren.
Sín embargo, existe una gran mayoría que se han ido los hijos en busca de una mejor vida para poder enviar las llamadas "remesas" a sus familiares que aún permanencen el país.
Precisamente esas "remesas" son las que le inyectan oxigeno a la muy maltratada y agonizante economía venezolana, que con este flujo de dinero "duro", proporcionandole una entrada de divisas que no se tiene actualmente.
Particularmente, les puedo relatar que personas que conozco y que tenían grandes fortunas en Venezuela, vendieron casi todas sus propiedades y negocios para irse a otro país donde actualmente se han establecido y afortunamente les ha ido muy bien; a pesar que no pierden la esperanza de volver a su país algún día cuando las cosas mejoren.

When migration started in my country a few years ago, it was led by those of greater economic power who, seeing what has happened, packed their bags and went to other borders where they could invest what they took from here.
Particularly, I can tell you that people I know who had great fortunes in Venezuela, sold almost all their properties and businesses to go to another country where they have now settled and fortunately it has gone very well, although they do not lose hope of returning to their country one day when things improve.
However, there is a large majority that have left their children in search of a better life in order to be able to send so-called "remittances" to their relatives who still remain in the country.
Precisely those "remittances" are the ones that inject oxygen to the very mistreated and agonizing Venezuelan economy, which with this flow of "hard" money, providing an inflow of foreign exchange that we do not have at present.

Por otro lado, nos encontramos con la fuga masiva de capital humano calificado, que han dejado muchas aulas solas en nuestra academia, asi como a nivel de las empresas tanto en el sector público como privado.
Nunca se habia visto en nuestra historia la diaspora de personal del sector público como en los últimos años, donde en el caso específico de la universidades, se evidencia la renuncia de un gran porcentaje de personal docente, administrativo y obrero, una situacion que en años anteriores jamás le hubiese pasado por la mente a estos trabajadores, pero la situación del país y la pulverización de los miserables sueldos que devengan en estas instituciones los han obligado a abandonar su país natal, en busqueda de oportunidades de vida para ellos y sus familias.

On the other hand, we find the massive leakage of qualified human capital, which has left many classrooms alone in our academy, as well as at the level of companies in both the public and private sectors.
Never before has our history seen the diaspora of public sector personnel as in recent years, where in the specific case of universities, there is evidence of the resignation of a large percentage of teaching, administrative and labor personnel, a situation that in previous years would never have crossed the minds of these workers, but the situation of the country and the pulverization of the miserable salaries that accrue in these institutions have forced them to leave their home country in search of life opportunities for themselves and their families.
Never before has our history seen the diaspora of public sector personnel as in recent years, where in the specific case of universities, there is evidence of the resignation of a large percentage of teaching, administrative and labor personnel, a situation that in previous years would never have crossed the minds of these workers, but the situation of the country and the pulverization of the miserable salaries that accrue in these institutions have forced them to leave their home country in search of life opportunities for themselves and their families.
Por último, podemos concluir que lo que ciertamente trae como consecuencia la migración de los venezolano no solo es más crisis en el país tanto a nivel económico como social, tras la fractura y separación de familias completas que sufren día a día por no estar cerca de sus seres queridos.
Por otro lado, los que se benefician de esta problemática obviamente estan apostando a que continue para su propio beneficio.

Finally, we can conclude that what certainly brings as a consequence the migration of Venezuelans is not only more crisis in the country both economically and socially, after the fracture and separation of entire families who suffer day by day for not being close to their loved ones.
