Lentejas estofadas
Hola Steemheros!!! Os traigo un plato tradicional y muy saludable.
Es una receta muy fácil de preparar ☺️.
Para 6 personas
Ingredientes :
350 gr de lentejas
100 gr de cebolla
100 gr de calabaza
100 gr de pimiento verde
100 gr de zanahoria
2 dientes de ajo
1 cuchara de pimenton dulce
1 cuchara de sal
750 ml de agua
2 chorizos pequeños para guisar
50 ml de aceite de oliva
Ponemos en remojo la noche anterior las lentejas y el chorizo.
Ponemos todas las verduras en un sarten troceadas con el aceite y referimos un poco, luego echamos todo en la picadora y trituramos todo hasta dejarlo puré, luego añadimos 3 cucharadas soperas de lentejas y volvemos a triturar, luego pasamos todo a una olla y añadimos las lentejas, el chorizo y el agua. Lo ponemos todo a hervir removiendo de vez en cuando unos 50 minutos y listo!!!!.
Tenemos un plato super rico!!!! 😘
