A mí sí me gusta que me digan viejo.

Cuando por las calles alegre camino,
no me causa rabia ni frunzo entrecejo
y, más bien les digo con humor ladino
que a mí sí me gusta que me llamen viejo.
Encuentro sabroso, jovial y divino
que recordar me hagan mi estado ya añejo,
y sepan que nunca ningún desatino
podría acusarme de ningún complejo.
Dios es quien me anima durante los días
a seguir jocoso con mis alegrías,
y a serios momentos imprimirles calma.
Seré vigoroso el tiempo posible
y a todos les cuento de modo sensible,
que habré envejecido si envejece mi alma.
