Today I'm going to take you to the beach. We will visit the Venezuelan coasts. Take many pictures that inspired me to write this post. I will tell you my experience, and we will also talk about the negative impact that humans are generating on ecosystems. So ready, Set, Go!!!!

My 1 week adventure begins in one of the most beautiful roads in Venezuela, I like to call it "Road to happiness". If you are Venezuelan you must know her very well.

We arrived at Chichiriviche around 3 pm on Saturday. It was a little late to move to some island, so we decided to stay and enjoy the hotel. The next day we got up early to get ready and arrive early at the pier where we took a boat that took us to our first destination "Cayo Sombrero".

Cayo Sombrero is one of the largest islands. It seems to me one of the most beautiful. The disadvantage is that it is far from the dock. White sand, blue waters, spectacular to snorkel. We dedicate the day to enjoy the sun and the sand. We toured the island, took lots of photographs, I did snorkel for the first time. We had so much fun that we were almost stranded on the island, since we missed the time of return and had to wait until 5 in the afternoon to return.

On Monday, I met old friends, who recommended us to go to "Cayo Varadero", and here I want to emphasize because literally this island is a garbage dump. As you can see in the images, the entire shore of the beach is filled with lots and lots of garbage, from plastic tops, bottles and beer sheets to sanitary napkins. A scene that saddened me enough was to see how a small crab walked in the trash. That is our mark in this ecosystem, it is really very sad.

On Tuesday we visited the "Cayo Borracho". According to some locals it is called that because it is the farthest island (even more than a hat) the waves during the trip cause a feeling of dizziness, as during a drunken binge. Currently the passage to the island is restricted because there is a refuge and nursery of marine turtles in danger of extinction. But there is a small part that can be accessed on private vessels. This island is perfect for snorkeling. The only bad thing is that although it is closed to tourists, it is very full of garbage everywhere.

It is a place that you have to visit if or if, the amount of vegetation and fauna that you can observe is really wonderful. The only ones that were there were us the silence and the peace that was felt in that place was unique, really a tropical paradise. My favorite island in all Morrocoy National Park.

On Wednesday we were tired. Half of the group decided to stay at the hotel. I was determined to go to the beach every day of the week. My destination this day was "Cayo Muerto", which according to what the villagers told me, is so called because in ancient times the indigenous people made sacrifices in it. From this island I am only going to recommend that if you visit it look for the "Maracucho" (For some reason I can not get the photo that I take with it) prepare the best cocktails you can taste in your life (good, nice and cheap).

I think that this story is getting too long for a single post, so the rest of the week I'll leave it for a second part. See you in the next post!

Gracias amiga!!! Pues si quiero que se repita otro viaje así, a veces se necesita como un break de todo, unos días de relax con el mar, el sol y la arena para retomar las cosas con serenidad
