Hoy vamos a hablar de un tema super, super importante. Cómo no quedarnos sin combustible al crear nuestras metas, nuestros propósitos, nuestros planes.
Hoy te voy a enseñar tres cambios de paradigmas para que puedas mantener esta disciplina, lo que llamamos disciplina. Sostener la motivación, las ganas de hacer las cosas y que realmente terminamos completando nuestras metas y nuestros propósitos.
¿Qué es para ustedes la palabra disciplina? Constancia, compromiso, hacer algo hasta el final. La disciplina en realidad no es más que darnos una orden y seguirla, llevarla a cabo. Eso es todo. La disciplina es darse a uno mismo una orden y llevarla a cabo. Incluso cuando uno no quiere. Y tener el poder sobre uno mismo para hacerlo constantemente.
