RECETA - "Lenguado con gambas"

Hola a todos ¿qué tal estáis? Hoy os traigo una sencilla receta de pescado. Esta mañana estuve en la pescaderia y estaban los lenguados de oferta así que decidí comprar un par de ellos, y luego con unos langostinos congelados que tenía en el congelador hice esta deliciosa cena. Espero que os guste.




INGREDIENTES
  • 2 lenguados
  • 6 langostinos
  • Ajo y perejil


  • Primero ponemos el ajo y el perejil en una sartén con un poco de aceite y cocinamos 2 minutos
  • Luego añadimos el pescado y los langostinos, dejamos que se cocine a fuego lento durante 5 minutos
  • Le damos la vuelta a nuestro pescado y a las gambas y ¡listo!
  • Nosotros lo comimos directamente de la sartén, estaba riquísimo.
