Saludos Estemians, lee esto si quieres rebajar y curarte de la gordura.

Esto fue lo que comí para rebajar 45 libras (20) kilos

Estas imágenes son fotos tomadas por mi con un LG g3 sin edición, sin ordenar la comida para tomar la foto, sin tanto maquillaje en la foto, lo máximo tal vez sera algún collage.

Uno no anda ordenando cada comida para tomarle foto, estas fotos son el día a día, cocinado, servido, foto y a comer.

Es comer como cavernicola, carne animal sobre todo la grasa y vegetales verdes.

  • Esta por debajo de la tierra

Sigue estos simples consejos y adelgaza mucho y veras lo que es sentirse bien, lucir bien, entre muchísimos mas beneficios que iremos hablando poco a poco.
