Tarde de Golfeados
Hola linduras, ¿Como están? Espero que muy bien, tenía días sin postear, esto debido a una falla con el internet en el sector donde vivo que hoy se solucionó, bueno eso espero...
Ustedes saben que las cosas que haga y me parezcan interesantes se las voy a contar. Así que aquí voy:
Hoy es una tarde fría y lluviosa en mi querida ciudad San Cristóbal y pues salir así es poco probable ya que lo que provoca es estar durmiendo o acostad@ viendo televisión y comiendo 🙈Pero... No fue así, recibí una llamada de un amigo para que lo acompañara a hacer unas diligencias entonces deje mi pereza, me levante de la cama y lo acompañe.
Resulta que andando en el carro nos provoco comer algo, pero ese algo tenia que ser dulce y no nos decidíamos en que seria lo mejor para comer. Pasamos frente a un establecimiento llamado "Golfeados" y dijimos "Siii! Vamos a comer golfeados"
Para los que no saben aún, un golfeados es un rollo de pan dulce típico de la gastronomía Venezolana, este va rociado de papelón (panela), pequeños toques de anís y va horneado y sobre el se coloca una tajada de queso de mano o el queso que deseen siempre y cuando sea suave, esto para darle ese toque salado que junto al dulce del pan y este es realmente bueno.
Tienen que probarlo!!!!
