Elaboración de Pan Francés

Amigos de Steemit saludos. Hoy les tengo esta nueva publicación de como hacer pan francés, espero les guste y hagan en sus hogares y puedan compartir con sus allegados y familia.

INGREDIENTES (para 12 panes aproximadamente):

  • 1/2 taza de agua (tibia)
  • Cucharada de azúcar
  • 1 cucharada de levadura
  • 1 cucharada de manteca
  • 1 cucharada de sal (disuelta en 1/2 taza de agua)
  • 1 cucharada de leche en polvo
  • 1/2 kilo de harina de trigo
  • 1 huevo (para pintar)

PROCEDIMIENTO:

En la taza de agua tibia, se agrega la cucharilla de azúcar y la de levadura, se deja fermentar por 30 minutos. Luego en un tazón colocar la manteca, mantequilla, sal disuelta y leche. Agregar la levadura fermentada y la harina lentamente y amasar, hasta que la mezcla se desprenda del envase.

Amasar con movimientos suaves y hacer cortes de 100 grs. Hacer bolas y apretar, luego se extiende y se enrolla dándole la forma al pan.

Se pinta con huevo y se le hace corte con cuchilla y hornear por 30 minutos y ¡LISTO COMPAÑEROS!
