Rollitos de Papelón y Queso
Amigos de Steemit, se terminaron los carnavales, hoy miércoles de cenizas me provocó esta vez hacer unos "Rollitos de Papelón y Queso". Es una receta muy fácil de hacer y de paso les aseguro son muy sabrosos. Esperando los disfrutes y los hagan para sus familiares y amigos.
INGREDIENTES:
- 1/2 Taza de Agua
- 1 Taza de Harina de Trigo
- 1 Cucharadita de Levadura
- Una Pizca de Sal
- Una Pizca de Azúcar
- 1 Taza de Papelón Derretido
- 1 Huevo
- 1 Trozo de Queso
MODO DE PREPARACIÓN:
Disolver una cucharita de levadura, con la pizca de sal y la de azúcar, reposar por media hora. Agregar y mezclar la harina lentamente con el huevo y amasar hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea, reposar media hora más.
Extender la masa y agregar el papelón y el queso rayado, envolver la masa y picar en discos, colocar en una bandeja con el papelón disuelto al fondo y hornear por media hora y listo.
