TASTING
The visual examination shows a straw-yellow color, with slight reflections that tend to green in the nail. The grain of the perlage is fine, and the duration of good persistence. The nose is characterized by notes of white pulp fruit, fresh flowers and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is light-bodied, harmonious, with a sip that strikes for freshness.

Perfect to sip at aperitif time, it goes well with fish and seafood appetizers.
