Rise and shine alcohol free party

Last night I got invited to rise and shine party in the sky bar in London.

It was an alcohol free party experience with options on the menus such as cacao shots, smoothies, green juice and kombucha. The music was a mix of live drums and tracks like this

(thanks Shazam!). There were children running around, vegan food options and an area doing readings, healings etc. Sadly most of the drinks were sold out two hours into the night and the queues at the bar were crazy so hopefully next time they have a few more ingredients and bar staff available :)

My favourite part however was simply the view !

It didn’t really feel spiritual but it was nice to be at a party that had a really nice mix of friendly people and no drunk crazy people :)
