Do your inner work!
My experience has shown me that doing the inner work is of tremendous help to recognize, prepare for and embrace the notion of the new beginning instead of getting entangled in the painful ending. In other words, by doing our inner work we preemptively process heavy energy which would have hit us one day if we hadn't dealt with it yet.

Yup. Doing inner work tremendously pays off. When you realize that every little piece inside of you corresponds to something in your life, you will no longer chase achieving a certain outcome in a relationship or your job, by talking or something, but mostly focus on what is it inside of you that is creating that thing that you dont want in your life.
Or in other words... what is life telling you with a situation, about some unresolved issue inside off you?

As I have experienced over many years, all is interconnected, nothing separate. So the present moment is a product of past and future,even though time itself is an illusion.
Absolutely! And It's important to recognize that doing inner work can be motivated by a desire to treat others more compassionately too, which I think can really help fuel it when you realize that even personal inner work does not have to be selfish.

It truly is the responsible and sensible thing to do. We all instinctively know our set point and inner dimensions, at least enough to know we are not our best. It is intuitive that one would stop, breathe reflect and then continue.
Well said. Even after so many experiences I am occasionally dazzled at how most people these days don't even find it necessary to look inwards, leading to paradoxical situations.
A lot, I suspect do not know how to, or are too afraid of what they would find, and may not be ready for it.
These are life skills that need to be taught at school.
