What To Eat

There are many ways to use food as a healing tool.
Having said that - food is not the only thing to focus on when we are healing, but this sharing is about food.

There is no such thing as one right way, and that is important to understand.

Many of us had no choice but to unplug from the system and to self-experiment with food, we dived into the unknown and kept playing and learning, and that is how we found our ways.... We all passionately promote and share what worked for us personally, and that might be confusing to those who just embarked on this self-experimenting journey.

Some people go vegan, and that is a great step to take.
Yet, it is very important to know that there is a lot of junk vegan food out there, processed food is a still a chemical bomb, even if it has "Vegan" label on it. But - it is still better than consuming meat and dairy.

Some are raw food advocates, and that is amazing!
Going raw raises our awareness of the clean produce and has the most extraordinary cleansing effect that anyone can ask for. It is a great step to take.

Some of us call ourselves plant people, because we chose whole plant based diet... and that is great too.
We learned to be aware of the VV - Vibrational Value of what we consume.
We eat raw and cooked plants, we all have our personal preferences, some eat tofu, some do not, some like mushrooms, some stay away beans (me included).

It is all right.
Taking any step is better then taking none... as long as we stop contributing to cruelty, and stop consuming those processed UFOs - Unidentified Food Objects, and start consuming fresh, organic (if possible) fruits and veggies - we are doing our SELF (and our planet) a great favor!

Let us be honest - if we listen to everything that is said and written out there about food - we will end up eating nothing..... and that might be a good thing. I have a few friends who no longer eat food as such, and they are a living proof that we do not need to eat in order to be alive.
I personally have the experience of no-food consumption for 21 days.
When I experimented with that, I did sun yoga every morning and meditated a lot, so.... I took off to another dimension and found it very challenging to operate in this realm in that state of consciousness.
What became clear to me from that experience - I did not come here to feel separated from the rest and become a serious yogi, I came to find my own way to be healthy happy and harmonious human being, and I chose food as a part of that.

I decided to stick to my one-a-day plantbased meal that is 70-80% raw, consisting of super food shake, big salad with sprouts and seeds, and something cooked - quinoa, lentils, sweet potatoes, etc.
It works for me. I practice autophagy, fast, yet I still get to enjoy food, which I appreciate so very much, especially when shared with the soul tribe.
I found my way, and I spend a lot of time assisting others to find their own.

Plants: veggies, fruits, spices, herbs, etc come from Nature, they carry the most precious frequency of the Earth, when fresh - they are healing, alive and powerful, which we cannot say about processed foods, no matter what that label says.

What really helps is - understanding that we are all unique, and therefore we all have different relationship with the world around us, food included.
You, my friend, have your own vibrational state that only you can understand.
You have your own body history that no doctor will ever fully understand.
You know what is best for you, especially after you cleanse your body from the toxins it collected from all those so called foods of the old world.

When we are still under the influence of what is considered to be "normal food" in this world, we are not operating on the wellness mode.

So, here is a gentle guide line to help you navigate through the food confusion and find your own way.

  • Start seeing FOOD as your medicine!
  • Know that You dont have to choose between a good taste and nutritional value. You can have both!
  • Acknowledge the connection between everything that goes into your system and your state of well being.
  • Give yourself a gift - a gentle anti-parasite cleanse can be a game changer, as those invaders control the appetite, which we mistaken for our own.
  • Start practicing one fasting day a week. Your Body will Thank You for it.
  • Take one large glass of warm lemon water every morning to set the tone to a good day.
  • Learn to make a turmeric drink - an every day must-take! It is the most powerful healing substances on Earth, and I believe it is one of the reasons I restored my immunity.
  • Eliminate all processed foods. Throw those Oreo Cookies and all canned foods into the bin.
    You are a living being who needs living foods.
  • Get some sun, hang out with Nature, let the Earth inspire You!

Once You get under the influence of your own guidance, rather than being manipulated by the food industry, You will experience your SELF in the most amazing way that You did not know existed.
You will know what to eat, be it raw, be it just fruits, be it a wholesome plantbased diet..... or, perhaps, just prana!
We never know where this transformation journey leads.

I love my spirituality and believe not in "a healthy body is a healthy mind", in fact, in y opinion, a healthy mind is a healthy body. Without the right mindset, the body is nothing but an empty vessel of organs serving no purpose :) Its OUR time, to fulfill our missions and have a blast doing it!!!! Great article! I'm getting into juicing and must admit it's quite awesome. It really feels great and diminishes your need for eating solid food at every meal.
