SPIRITUAL FOOD 4 THOUGHT - WHOSOEVER THEREFORE SHALL BREAK ONE OF THESE LEAST COMMANDMENTS
One of these least?
When Jesus makes a statement like, "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments," what exactly does He mean? Is it our aim simply to be one of the least in teh kingdom, and therefore appropriate for us to break His commandments and teach men to do so?

My understanding is also that if you break one of the least of the commandments...you break them all. You bring good stuff to think about. Yes we as Christians are lax on honoring the Sabbath. One may ask if we should even have church on that day as it involves work at least for the elders or pastor. I am still under the weather and would ask for continued prayers. I would like to get rid of this illness. Thanks @papa-pepper..

Also, we know that James 2:10 equates stumbling in one point with breaking them all, ("For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."), but here Jesus is contrasting "Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so" with "whosoever shall do and teach them," so He's putting an emaphasis on practicing obedience and teacing others to do the same.
Removing the commandments from the courthouse....I have heard a few other people I know say the same thing in that GO AHEAD and take them down people don't following them all anyways!!!
