What is the new Spirituality?
The new spirituality is a way of being which is holistic and integrative, it is an attitude of engaging with life not dependent on assumptions outside of our own experience. The new spirituality honors all things as they are - right now. The new spirituality moves from the truths we can experience now, and searches for deeper truths and deeper integration.
The new spirituality is profoundly grounded, and it moves forward from who we are and what we are. The new spirituality deeply honors the body and the earth, accepting it and not trying to escape it. The new spirituality reaches downward as far as it reaches upward. The value of the new dimensions we experience is only in how we can transmit them and enrich the sphere of life all around us.
The basic goals of the new spirituality are unification, coherence, connectivity, to enrich and expand our basic life force. The new spirituality seeks to liberate and empower the individual, to diversify and beautify the human kingdom. We seek to come into alignment with the natural laws and the universal laws. We seek to perceive what is currently in play and what works - we model our behavior on what works.
The new spirituality is living consciously and by Choice
Ever New and Unfolding
The new spirituality burns away our assumptions and humbles us to the the percievable facts of life. It is about what works and what doesn't work. It's 100% honest.
It it feels closed and anxious then it isn't working. If it feels open and expansive then it works. If people are happy and healthy then it works, and if people are unwell and depressed then it doesn't work. The new spirituality doesn't look away from the hard truths, it works to integrate them into its being. We look to accept everything as it is, with a minimum of story.
The new spirituality burns our assumptions like the destroyer aspect - Shiva or Kali. We die to our petty notions of life, and in that death our perception is cleared to receive the potent currents already in existence. The new spirituality is ready to sacrifice a comfortable assumption in order to breach into the new ground of uncertainty. The new spirituality accepts and allows fear, rides through it and ultimately sees through it.
We feel a great curiosity and need to connect, far greater than the bonds of fear which keeps us separate and hateful. The new spirituality challenges the individual to be what they are not. The naturally internalised being is challenged to come out into the world and to the work, to bring those insights into manifestation. The naturally externalised being is challenged to look inward and find their own truth, to match their ceaseless doing with an internal resonance.
Living, Dying, and Creation
The masculine force seeks to manifest it's feminine form, and the feminine form seeks to open to masculine force. We follow our natural inclination towards harmony and balance.
Balance, above all we seek balance. An imperceptibly small point which constitutes our own centre of the our perceivable universe. We continually shift our weight in order to maintain that balance.
The human experience breaches into new layers of subtlety and awareness. In embodying our capacity to sense things in a subtle way, we can no longer ignore imbalance. It seems to scream at us internally and externally. Gone are the days of running a pleasant mind script, we erase the script and rewrite it according to internal and external truths. We align our selves with what is real and we move from there.
- Denial is dead.
- Disconnection is dead
- Hostile take over is dead
- Coercion and empty leadership is dead
- Deception is dead
Only honesty and integrity will be honored and put into power from here on
If an individual is put forward to lead, then they must be like a tree - a wellspring of life with deep connection to the community.
- The Hollywood archetype is dead
- The money movie ego star is dead
- The bottom falls out of the immense resources put into these illusions and half truths.
- We put the resources into what is real and what brings life
Fantasy is dead, in so far as it disconnects us from what we are really feeling and what our deeper truths are. Imagination is alive, in so far as it brings us closer to hope and and deep yearnings for honest expression. Shedding a tear for all of the times we couldn't be ourselves we move forward with the quiet conviction to never let it happen again.
The Raw, The Real
Above all integrity, and honestly being ourselves. If everyone around is still pretending, the new spirituality demands that you be yourself and look inside for validation. We go beyond validation, and towards integration and alignment with purpose. The new spirituality beckons us forward into our own power. Self sustaining and self powering, we drop the social games which have perpetuated dishonesty and power plays.
We drop the Bullshit
We call out the Bullshit
We create a space for untruths to echo in, and watch them squirm and die with no effort needed
In dropping the bullshit we see the immense potential, the resources are here, the people are here. We step into our hope and our dreams with the naivety that we can use this life as an opportunity to place our vision on to the surface of the earth.
We step into our own genius of connectivity and implementation.
The new spirituality is the dream of sustainable communities, conscious communities, and intentional communities. It makes no difference whether we come from the perspective of sustainability, spirituality, honesty, or common sense. The only things that matters is that we honor our true selves and bring that power into being.
Resolution
The new spirituality uses the nay sayer as an opporunity to be quietly firm in our convictions. We will not be drawn into conflict when we can see clearly that it has never worked. We will not be drawn into conflict when we see the person drawing us in as a human being. Someone who is essentially innocent and ignorant, merely running out a program that they never knew they absorbed in the first place.
The new spirituality is strength. It is the strength to honor your truth even under duress. It is the strength to know that all things will pass, and the stream of your life is yours to own. Victimhood is a dying mentality, and in never being a victim to life - we set the example of examples. All situations and challenges we accept and lean into. We embody strength and patience, like a forest of minds and lives. Storms may come, but with strong roots we maintain our growth season after season.
The new spirituality seeks to emobdy our inner light in all moments - and in living this self discovered truth we naturally and effortlessly extend that invitation to everyone and everything we interact with. It is inexplicable magic. Ultimately lacking any real definition we lie content in the exquisite beauty of our own hearts breaking - unable to be firm under the weight of life's uncontrolled perfection.

this resonates sooo much, I feel the same way. The world is changing, and it's changing very quickly. Sometimes, I feel like it's already changed, and humanity is just trying to catch up.

... Agreed 💯. The other day I was listening to a song and had a very clear vision. Still trying to dive into it, but one thing is for sure, it brought a message of healing and of the stark and subtle differences between the way change happens in the old ways vs the new. The new change is brought upon through openness and vulnerability, acceptance of love, and sharing of inspiration. It was truly a beautiful thing to witness, even if it was simply a mind picture.
But... If there is one thing journeying has taught me, it is to trust my own instincts, imagination, and visions. That, and that this new spirituality you speak of is also reflected in the shamanic traditions. There are also new ways of journeying that are internal (as I believe everything we need is within us) instead of traveling outside of the self, and it's organic. I'd love to hear your thoughts on that!

Sooooo many people waking up to this realization of conditioning and programming. Are we just a bundle of patterns just playing out our programs, or are we harnessing the joy of creation in the self to awaken to the consciousness within?
You simply nailed it in that statement. And the great thing is, it's OK that there is conditioning, so long as we see it through a lens of simple observation. It's one of the keys to awareness and limitless growth. It is in this that I most see our endless potential.
