New Fiat R4 rally car finished 8th in France

I must admit that I didn't hear anything about this Fiat based but ORECA prepared new R4 class rally car. Today I found on Twitter post from ORECA who says that their new rally car Fiat MR 500X R4 finished 8th overall and ahead of every group N rally car.

Well, that's a good result for this new car because this rally is a gravel event and also WRC cars are allowed to participate. So we have two WRC cars and five R5 cars ahead of this R4 new rocket-pocket.

I still don't know what is the basic purpose of this new class because this cars are very expensive, I guess they cost around 150 000€ and they are also very expensive to maintain.

When you have sequential gearbox and top suspension, prices go sky high.

We will see in the following rallies what we can expect from it.
