Ostberg will drive WRC Rally Sweden under Citroen works banner

I just realized that Mads Ostberg will be completely part of Citroen World Rally Team on this weekend's WRC Rally Sweden. He is with the guys from top class from works team, and he even got recce Subaru cars from France.

Can you imagine that Citroen World Rally Team uses Subaru cars for the recce of their official drivers?! Unbelievable!

The reason for this is that they don't have four wheel drive machines of small vehicles. And Subaru's Imprezas have it so that's the reason they use it for their drivers. It's even stranger that Hyundai WRC team uses BMW cars for recce of their drivers.

So, Mads is with the other drivers of Citroen top class, even he drives only WRC2 Pro class. He has money so I wouldn't sign off the possibility that he could make some program in WRC category this season.

We will see after Swedish rally what are the future plans. We only know for now that he will have full WRC 2 Pro porgram for himself and his co-driver.
