Rally Estonia is this year's promotional event
Hi, Steemers!
Just to tell you that I follow WRC for more then 25 years and I never heard something like a promotional event in rallying.
I heard for candidate event and that's a rally with the big chance of being in the Championship next season.
Promotional event should be something like a show with WRC cars and works teams who send one of their drivers to participate their and have an additional test.
This year lots of works drivers will be there so lets wait and see what they can offer there.
