Japanese car manufacturers have a long history in the world of rallying and many their customers bought their cars after they saw them on some rally road.

Rally sport is a great marketing opportunity. The thing needed are wins.

It's not an easy thing to win in the World Rally Championship these days.

Toyota's motorsport program boss Toyoda Akio just called this two giants to come back to the top of the sport.

Shall we see Subaru and Mitsubishi again soon? We can only hope for this...
