Sordo to drive Rally Cantabria with Hyundai R5 car

Hyundai's works driver Dani Sordo will contest Spanish National Championship event called Rally en Cantabria.

It will be a nice test for Spaniard ahead of WRC Rally Germany because he didn't drive in Finland, he just doesn't like that fast flowing stages in Finnish forests.

I remember very good his first outing with Citroen Xsara WRC in 2006 ran by Kronos Racing, the private Citroen's outfit because Citroen took that year sabatical.

He crashed out in one fast corner hitting a stone outside that corner heavily.

He late had some nice results but that's not the rally he likes the most.

Now he has to prepare himself for the German event and what is better then the small event itself because in competition you learn the best.

He will take Hyundai i20 R5 car because he is a Hyundai works driver and it's logical. Their car isn't quickest in the class but they will have a top driver in it who can win the event easily.
