Volkswagen continues with testing on gravel of their new R5 Polo rally car

New VW Polo R5 rally car is expected to be homologated before Rally Catalunya in October. Whole rally world thought it would be on Rally Germany, as VW's home country (same as Citroen did on Corsica with their new C3 R5 car).

They are preparing very good from what we saw because they are testing in Greece and we all know how hard is a Greek gravel, big stones everywhere.

They use Škoda's works driver Pontus Tidemand for the testing because Škoda is a part of the VAG concern, so it's a sister company.

If they can reach a success of their previous Polo WRC car, it would be great for them, but we must be sincere because how much money you invest in the car, that good results will be.
