Good afternoon to all, from today It's a T20 Series Start between South Africa and Zimbabwe. recently 3 ODI series finished which is so ordinary as not get to see a high scoring match and the most amazing thing is highest team total is 231 in whole 6 innings of 3 matches. now its time to T20 and people love to watch because it's a short game and thus more numbers of fours and sixes get to see. let we hope we get to see some exciting matches in T20 series.

South Africa team news

De Kock and Faf Du Plessis

finally, good news that De Kock, Miller and Faf Du Plessis back in the squad so they fill big relief that some good and important players back in the team. South Africa batting performance is very poor in ODI series as they not performed according to their name. although they gave chances to many new players but they are not able to perform well against a team like Zimbabwe. there are also given chances to 2 new players too in this series and their names are Rassie Van Der Dussen & Gihahn Cloete. both are extremely talented players and they are in good form in domestic cricket. in this squad its look much better than ODI series because their top order looks so strong with all these players so in bottom order JP Duminy and Henrich Klassen have not much pressure so they can play their game openly.

Zimbabwe Team News

Sean Williams and Brendon Taylor

Zimbabwe have not done many changes but they also added experienced all-rounder Chamu Chibhabha and their most experienced bowler Mpofu but others look same as ODI. with these two players, Zimbabwe team also looks Strong side but they mostly depend on Taylor and Williams because other players not performing. Maskadaza is not being consistence from a long time but they have a lot of hopes with Mire because he is in good form but he also not able to perform in ODI. Zimbabwe has still enough good batsmen for T20 but issues with bowlers as they have not that kind of wicket taking bowlers but recent form of South Africa is very ordinary so they can take advantage of it in T20.

Players to watch out

Quinten De Kock who is back in this team who is an aggressive opening batsman who is in tremendous form. South Africa will reach a big total if this person gives a good start in starting over.

Faf Du Plessis also back in the team and he is outstanding player of T20 as he is most consistence batsman in T20 I have ever seen. He can play aggressive and defensive according to a situation so let see if he keep continues his form or not.

Imran Tahir also back in the team after a long time but his performance is as it as he is taking wickets regularly. he also named Man of the Series in ODI series and Zimbabwe Batsmen not able to read his googly.

Brendon Taylor is always a key player in Zimbabwe batting line up. he did good starts in ODI but not able to convert in a big score but he has the ability to play a big inning and build a big inning.

Sean Williams is the best allrounder in Zimbabwe team after Sikandar Raza so Zimbabwe have a lot of hope on him and he doing his performance in ODI too. he can score runs quickly and also takes a wicket with a bowl.

My Prediction

South Africa batting line-up so strong and I hope new players get chance in this series. according to me, Rassie Van Der Dussen is similar like Martin Guptill because he is tall like him and plays in the same style too. Dane Petersen also a player to watch out because he is yorker specialist in death over. South Africa will win easily this series with dominating batting but due to small format, Zimbabwe can also do upset as the game will change in one over. I think South Africa will win T20 series by 3-0.
