Is Baseball really a Summer Sport? Not up in here!
Colorado has crazy weather and this time of year is really un predictable especially. The Colorado Rockies and Atlanta Braves had a game cancelled today due to snow, heavy winds and fridged weather. Coors field is a fickle place because in the middle of the summer it’s hot but not crazy hot....usually around 88-95 degrees. What is crazy is the altitude and the intensity of the sun here so summer games in the bleachers are practically the most miserable place you can be in my opinion. This is coming from a guy who loves baseball. Early in the year it can snow, rain, hail or be absolutely beautiful and perfect all in the same day! It has actually done all of those things in the past six days. Accumulating snow won’t last long this time of year and it sure helps Colorado stay green but baseball just isn’t supposed to be played in the snow. The end of the season is the start of the football season and the Broncos are far and away the King of Colorado so at that point who cares about baseball. Poor Rockies.......
I am using this year as a guage of weather as kast year there were many games in April cancelled due to cold and snow. In Chicago they were playing in 34F weather. The Grand Solar Minimum is extending the winter season, with the next two seasons even being effected much more. Starting the season in March is too early unless they are all going to be played in the south.
You should build a Dome. Thats what Toronto did. The will open it up if it is nice.

it seems like I see the biggest stadium of sports, is this the famous stadium in this city
When we lived there we knew never to go to a game in April for just that reason.
